By accessing or using ikrein (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Telehealth and not medical advice

ikrein connects you with licensed healthcare providers for online consultations. The Service is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Educational content on the Service is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified provider.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our providers are licensed to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during any health assessment, and to keep it up to date.

4. Prescriptions

Any prescription is issued solely at the discretion of a licensed provider after reviewing your information, and only when clinically appropriate. Completing an assessment or consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Medications may be prescribed off-label when clinically appropriate.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Memberships and payments

Certain features require a paid membership. Applicable fees, billing cadence, and cancellation terms are presented to you at sign-up. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, interfering with its normal operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property
